SHADOWHEX GTA LEAGUE
Privacy
What we store
When you sign in, this site stores only what it needs to identify you as a competitor for the length of the league:
- Your permanent Cfx.re account id — the one value that does not change if you rename.
- Your Cfx.re username, display name and avatar URL, refreshed each time you sign in.
- An optional country and in-game name, only if you or the organiser add them.
- Your race results, points and any organiser adjustments.
What we never store
No password of yours ever reaches this site. Authentication happens on forum.cfx.re, and the short-lived key it issues is used once to read your account id and then revoked immediately. It is never written to the database.
What is public
Your display name, avatar, country flag and every published race result are public — that is what a league table is. Your Cfx.re account id is never shown on a public page and never appears in a URL; profile pages use an internal slug instead.
Cookies
One essential cookie holds your signed session so you stay logged in. A second short-lived cookie exists only during a sign-in handshake and is deleted the moment it completes. There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Administrative logging
Because the league awards real prizes, every administrative action that can change a result is recorded in an audit log with the administrator's identity and timestamp. This log is visible only to the organiser.
Removal
You can ask the organiser to archive your account at any time. Archived accounts stop appearing on the site. Results from races that have already been scored may be retained in anonymised form where removing them would falsify a completed season's standings.
